Management

Pratheeksha is a non-governmental, non-profitable, non-religious voluntary organisation. It is an initiative of the Archdiocese of Thalassery in rendering care to the most vulnerable people prone to the abuse of alcohol and drugs.

Administration

The management and affairs of Pratheeksha is vested in a managing committee elected for three years from the annual general body meeting. The managing committee meets ones in two months and reviews the activities and plans for the future.

Staff Pattern

Besides Father Director the center has 15 IRCA staffs including Project Director, two qualified counselors, Accountant cum Clerk, Yoga Therapist, Medical officer, two Nurses, two Ward assistants, two door keepers, Kitchen chef and Peer Educator. The staff members are appointed by the director. We also have other staff members for the smooth running of the center.
